Claire and Joe’s wedding felt like stepping into a world where timeless tradition and effortless style met in perfect harmony!

The day began at St. John Cantius Church in Chicago, a setting that seemed almost made for the occasion. With its ornate architecture and reverent atmosphere, the wedding mass was nothing short of breathtaking. There was a quiet beauty in the ceremony—every detail felt intentional, from the soft glow of candlelight to the echo of sacred music filling the space. The glory of the mass was so perfectly captured by Colette Lucille Photography, especially her film shots! The photos from the mass have a way of preserving not just how everything looked, but how it felt—warm, romantic, and deeply meaningful.

After the ceremony, the celebration shifted into a completely different, yet equally captivating, mood. The reception drew inspiration from classic Ralph Lauren style, blending sophistication with a cozy, lived-in elegance. Rich green and blue plaids set the tone, bringing a sense of heritage and warmth to the space. These patterns were layered thoughtfully throughout the décor, creating a look that felt curated but never overdone.
Vibrant red roses added a striking contrast, their bold color weaving through the tables and arrangements like a signature thread. They brought a sense of romance and energy that balanced beautifully with the deeper tones of the room. Velvet textures—lush, soft, and inviting—completed the atmosphere, adding depth and a tactile richness that made everything feel just a little more luxurious. Claire did a fantastic job designing this reception and we were honored to help her make it come to life!

As we always are, we were utterly honored to be a part of Claire and Joe’s wonderful, beautiful, sacred day!
